As you can tell, I did not like the Pixar movie, Brave. I'll tell you why.
1. It's considered a wonderful act of feminism.
No. Just no!!
Being a tomboy doesn't equal feminist. Being tough doesn't equal feminist. Not falling in love/not needing a man does not equal feminist. Being a total brat to your mother (even though Queen Elinor kind of deserved it) DOES NOT EQUAL FEMINIST. I don't believe Merida riding a horse and being a good shooter is quite enough to make her a good example of a feminist. Feminism actually means (which over half the world does not know) that you want women and MEN to be equal. Almost every fan of Merida is a man-hater, or at least every fan who admires her for her "feminism." Just because she didn't fall in love doesn't make her feminist and I'm fucking sick of people saying that. She was an awful role model for young girls. I know she wanted to choose her own destiny and all that gay shit and that's understandable, but she was a brat to her mother and was practically a bumbling idiot throughout the movie. And like Rapunzel, the writers made her "clumsy" so they could say she was "different." My reasons for why Rapunzel was a poorly designed "too perfect" written-a-certain-way character apply to Merida as well, only Merida is worse. Less annoying than Rapunzel, but worse. Merida is not only fooling idiotic liberals into thinking she's a good feminist character, but she was also portrayed as "brave" and "tough" when she wasn't. She fucking sucks.
One thing that really ticks me off about people calling Merida a feminist is that she actually got saved by her mother, therefore she herself didn't do anything brave or feminist or strong. Just cause she wasn't saved by a man, idiots automatically think she's a feminist character. Also, she thought the way to mend her relationship with her mother was to SEW the tapestry. A girl sewing. That's a step back for feminism which no one seems to notice. (I'll admit, my friend Ben pointed it out first.) Even if Merida had done anything brave or feminist in the beginning (which she didn't, but you know, if...) this act would have just made any brave or feminist thing in the beginning mean NOTHING. How can people say Merida is feminist? All she did was whine about stuff, try to CHANGE her mother with a spell which is just wrong, give a gay speech about choosing your own destiny and shit like that, sew a tapestry, and then get saved. How can people not find Merida flawed? She had no justifiable reason to turn her mother into a fucking bear, yet people still think she was so great. They can't even admit she was a little selfish and stupid. EVEN if I liked her, I would still think she was selfish and stupid.
This isn't important, but since Merida was into all that gay speech crap, why couldn't she just admit her mistake and tell people she turned her mom into a bear, that way her dad wouldn't've tried to fucking kill Elinor. Merida was a selfish moron.
2. Even Rapunzel was better than Merida.
As you know, I think Rapunzel is a poorly developed stereotypical unoriginal character who's personality was inconsistent and adjusted to her situation in order for her to do everything perfectly. She annoyed the shit out of me. However, Merida was worse, as I mentioned before. At least Rapunzel had some interesting and good traits, even if it only added to her too perfect personality. She was a dreamer, she was resourceful, and she had many (unrealistically perfect) talents. Merida had absolutely no good traits. She was stubborn and bitchy. I know it was her personality but she was so much of a raging c**t that calling her "brave" is just wrong wrong wrong. She was also just as inconsistent as Rapunzel. She had to be smart when the plot required it and she had to be tough when the plot required it and she had to be a cute naive klutz when the plot required it. Why is she worse than Rapunzel? When Rapunzel wasn't being an inconsistent tough bitch, she was actually sweet and cute. Annoying, yes, but she obviously had likable traits. Merida had mostly none.
3. The movie is called "Brave."
Why the fuck is it called that? I don't even know. I'm pretty positive the writers came up with the title first and then when they were done, they stuck with it. How is being a disobedient unpatriotic disloyal brat, defying your mother/the QUEEN'S wishes, and not doing your duty as Princess brave in anyway? All Merida does is get in bitch fights with her mother, sneak off to shoot arrows in the mountains and forests and shit, look at those gay wisps that were in the plot for no realistic reason, turn her mother into a fucking bear, and then make a gay speech about not wanting to get married. That was NOT brave. And what really pisses me off is that her suitors had to also say, "I don't want to get married either!" I know it had to have a gay happy ending but is that realistic? Everything had to work out for Merida and Merida only. Characters and plots changed in certain ways so it would work out for Merida. No matter how much she whined about crap in her life, it's obvious the writers were always on her side. Not that they shouldn't be. She's the main character. But there's a way to make someone the hero of a story without kissing their ass in ways that were supposed to be unnoticeable but were so fucking obvious. In conclusion, Merida was NOT brave. Stubborn in a good way and independent, yes. But also a fucking brat and in no way brave. Elsa, Anna, and even Rapunzel were more brave than Merida. Especially Elsa.
4. It wasn't that funny.
Some parts were. But this is PIXAR. I expected better. Even Tangled was funnier and it was a Walt Disney production, whose specialty isn't comedy. Pixar is supposed to be humorous. Also, any actually remotely funny parts were automatically unfunny and weird because of the seriousness of the mother-daughter feud. The mother-daughter conflict was somewhat relateable and personal to me which is why I find it way too serious probably. But still. Those parts had no humor and whenever they had a funny part in that movie, it just seemed really out of place and WEIRD. Again, I'll remind you this is PIXAR. The Pixar that gave us the Toy Story movies, Up, and The Incredibles, which were all funnier and better developed than Brave. And I just wanna say that out of all the funny parts in Brave, none of them included Merida.
5. Queen Elinor.
For so many fucking reasons. In some ways I'll defend her. In others, I can tell you why she was also a raging c**t like Merida. She was obviously a close-minded over-conservative control-freak bitch. But I'll give her credit when she burned Merida's bow that she actually felt bad about it. Merida had and still feels no remorse for what she did to the tapestry. Merida had the better side obviously and Elinor was in the wrong, but Merida's points were bad (so were Elinor's, actually) and she was such a brat that it's hard to take her side. I still agree with her, but I think worse things than getting married could have happened. Merida acted like she was never gonna get married EVER to ANYONE EVER, so marrying someone you don't know wouldn't be bad in that case. Just ignore them, or at best be their friend. Anyway, back to Elinor. She was obviously acting like a skank on her period, but I sympathize more with her because she wasn't such a bitch like Merida. Also, another reason I pity the queen but also why she was very poorly developed and a crappy character is that she was portrayed as the "villain" for most of it yet only bad things happened to her. I hate when that happens. It's most common in shows for little kids, which I find more acceptable. But when bad things only happen to the antagonist, I find it super annoying. No matter what people say, nothing really horrible happened to Merida. I mean if you think of it in basic terms, yes she was oppressed and bossed around and no one listened and crap like that, and that wasn't a good thing, but Merida's character was taken way too seriously by the writers. Her only imperfections were so they could say she had some imperfections. She otherwise got her way and nothing bad happened to her. Elinor- mostly while she was in bear-form- was the butt of a lot of jokes. That didn't happen to Merida's character at all. When watching/reading something, you can (maybe not you, but I can) feel how the writer meant for things to be even if it was written to be a different way. Merida was written as a "perfect" character. Yes she had flaws, but only to say she had them which makes them not flaws. The writers couldn't possibly make anything bad happen to Merida unless it made her look cute or unique (from other Disney Princesses) or made her look like an oppressed underdog. Because of this, she was not unique, cute, an underdog, and most of all she was NOT brave. In any fucking way. Basically, Elinor and Merida were both badly written characters on their periods.
6. Even after all the ass-kissing the writers did on Merida, she still didn't win in the end.
I know this should be a good thing. But it's not. Here's why. Merida's ONLY good trait was being independent and wanting her own destiny. She shouldn't've been a bitch about it like she was, but she was still right about how she shouldn't have to marry someone she doesn't know just because she's a princess. She had the better side, but again, she handled it in a bad way. But anyway... That was her ONLY admirable trait and the ONLY reason she should be considered a good role model for girls. But in the end, she didn't win. She did in the fact she didn't have to get married, but SHE had to apologize to her mother. She should have apologized for the bear incident, but other than that, her mother should have apologized. Basically what I'm saying is, Merida's ONE good image to girls and even boys was standing up for what she believed in, and that didn't even get her anywhere. I know the writers wanted there to be a gay happy ending and made the main character apologize, but it was just stupid. It made Merida less of a bitchy character, I'll admit, but I think her JUST apologizing for the bear-thing would have sufficed. Instead, SHE had to reconcile with her mother. Her strong-will and independence didn't get her shit. That is a BAD example to kids.
LASTLY...
I quickly want to mention the parallels and differences between "How to Train Your Dragon" and "Brave." Both involved a viking-like medieval setting. Both involved same gender parent and kid conflict. And Hiccups parents look a Hell of a lot like Merida's. "How to Train Your Dragon" was better than "Brave." It had a better plot, it was funnier, and it was way better developed. Also, in the sequel to How to Train Your Dragon, Hiccup honors his father despite their conflicts by taking on his duty as Chief of Berk. Merida had duties too, but of course she didn't have to actually do them in the end and of course everyone had to be okay with that, written so she could get her way and only her.
In conclusion, Brave had a ridiculous plot, Merida was a raging bitch and so was her mom, half the characters were boring and/or unlikable, the characters were written so fucking poorly, and it was NOT a step in the right direction for feminism.
Let's be honest. Merida was basically Katniss Everdeen in a dress living in Scotland, only she's a raped and less positive version. Katniss is a better feminist figure, but both had to be unrealistically perfect with a bow. I'm sure by now it's clear that I thought Brave was a piece of shit. It made Tangled look good. That's how shitty it was.

Why Tangled Sucked
This is a post on why I didn't like Tangled, the Disney movie. And in case you're wondering, I did not just see the movie. I saw it when it came out on DVD. But people are still hyping about it and also annoyingly comparing it to Frozen, so here's my review. Here's why I didn't like it.
1. Rapunzel was fucking annoying.
Yeah. I said it. Rapunzel was the epitome of a typical Disney princess with mainly the annoying traits standing out. She looked just like Ariel in the face and acted like her too, only Ariel was somehow less annoying. She had flaws and a good reason for her rebellious behavior. Rapunzel was just plain annoying. At first she's cute and everything but then she tries to act all tough with the frying pan shit. Instead of it being a desperate, failed attempt at being tough- which would have made her character more consistent and cute- she acted like a fucking bitch. She tried to be tough AND cute, and it just came out wrong. In Frozen, Anna tried to act all tough when talking to Kristoff- when she asked him to take her to the mountains- but it was obvious she didn't know how to act tough and it was written to make it look like she was trying to be tough but failed, which is what they should have done with Rapunzel if they wanted her to be cute. If Anna had acted cute in the beginning but then acted like a bitch when she wanted something- the way Rapunzel did, she would have also been annoying. Instead, Anna got her way because she made a deal with Kristoff. (I know Rapunzel made a deal too, but that frying pan didn't hurt in her getting her way.)
Anna was also more reasonable in dealing with people, by trying to talk to them- not hitting them with a frying pan or singing and dancing. She in no way was violent- like Rapunzel, nor annoying like Rapunzel. What made Rapunzel so annoying was she got everything she wanted and didn't have to work. Rapunzel's only given flaw is that she's a bit clumsy. It was supposed to add to her "cuteness" and it did, but to be likable, she had to have other traits. Anna was clumsy, but had other flaws, such as awkwardness and traits people could relate to. When she acted silly, it was cute and funny. Rapunzel tried too hard to be "cute" and ended up super annoying. And when she acted silly, it was often cringeworthy. She tried too hard to be "perfect." She suddenly got smart at the end when she realized she was tricked by Gothel. She was basically like the old Disney Princesses, only they made her tough to say she was different from other Disney Princesses, and her character was just a fail. The writers tried way too hard to make her cute. She was soooo annoying!!!!
2. Rapunzel was too slow at realizing she was the Princess.
I'm sure she knew about the "lost Princess." Then every year, the lanterns floated from the Castle ON HER FRICKING BIRTHDAY. AND she found that fucking tiara. When could she fucking put two and two together? She was so slow at realizing SHE was the fucking Princess.
3. She and Flynn were a bad couple.
I actually did like Flynn. He was a little predictable, but a better character than Rapunzel for sure. I think he and she fell in love too fast. And it was obviously supposed to be a "opposites attract" relationship, but it just wasn't developed enough. I think Flynn was more like a brother to Rapunzel. He also looked too old for her... Their relationship was just rushed too much at the end. Also, didn't Flynn say at the thugs' bar that he didn't sing or dance? When he got to town, he danced with Rapunzel and in the boat, he sang with her. So... what the fuck, Flynn? You're a thief AND a liar?
Kristoff and Anna's relationship was so much better. They obviously didn't agree with each other when they first met, but they had some chemistry and had potential for a good relationship. Plus, I think pretty much every other Disney Princess sang and/or danced with their prince, but Kristoff and Anna didn't have to. They didn't need to be won over with a stupid duet. They fell in love in a way more realistic way than not only Rapunzel and Flynn, but every other Disney Princess couple.
4. The ending.
The ending came too soon. It was rushed and underdeveloped. Also, I hate how Gothel is always deemed by fans as not that bad, or really really evil. She was selfish and had evil intentions, sure, but she wasn't the worst villain ever. And she wasn't good either, but I just don't think she deserved to die in the end. And I know she was evil, but Rapunzel lived with her for 18 fucking years thinking she was her daughter and when Gothel died, Rapunzel wasn't even the tiniest bit sad. Talk about cold-hearted. I know Gothel wouldn't deserve pity or sadness from Rapunzel after her death, but if Rapunzel had a heart, she would have been a bit saddened. Jesus. Also, I think Gothel after all these years would also have a little soft spot for Rapunzel too. She never shows if she did or didn't, but the writers should have made it look in the end like Gothel never liked Rapunzel even a tiny bit. I know that was supposed to be implied- that she was only using her and everything, but Gothel never said anything that hinted that at all. People just assume she didn't care for Rapunzel because they know the writers meant for it to be that way. It's never actually shown anywhere that Gothel had absolutely no feelings for Rapunzel. It should have been written so it was way clearer.
5. The Music
It was okay. It was tolerable. Listening to it was pleasant. It didn't make me cringe or wish for it to be over. It was enjoyable as you listen, but afterwards, you just don't remember the songs. I can't remember anything about how they sounded. I know the titles, and some lyrics, but the songs just weren't unique or memorable. I know every song from Frozen. Even after listening to them once. Even just listening to "Let It Go" from the commercials made that song stuck in your head. Every song was memorable, even the crappier songs like "Fixer Upper." The music in Tangled was basically a fail. I don't know if Alan Menken just stopped giving a fuck or he thought it was good or he was just thinking, "I'm Alan Menken. Everyone will love the music, no matter what!" I don't know. It just wasn't good.
6. It was too much like Barbie as Rapunzel.
Disney tried to sue another company for just using the name Snow White, when they themselves didn't even come up with that, yet they stole sooo much from Barbie's Rapunzel. In both movies, Rapunzel has a pink and purple dress, she has a reptile friend, her fake mother's name is Gothel, they're both secretly the Princess and they both paint. Disney so obviously stole the thing about painting. I think the Barbie Rapunzel had a better plot and the villain was more evil and the main character was way less obnoxious. Anyway, anyone who's seen the Barbie Rapunzel probably agrees with me.
7. Pascal was the smartest character.
Who would disagree that Rapunzel was kind of a dimwit? She unrealistically got smart at the end, but throughout most of the movie, she was a dumbfuck. I don't think Mother Gothel was all that smart either. I don't know why I feel that way. She didn't do anything particularly stupid or smart. She just seemed like the stupidest Disney villain in a long time. And Flynn... He obviously didn't use his brain all that much. I know he had to be somewhat clever to be the biggest thief in Corona, but if he was in today's world, he would be a jock, which pretty much equals brainless. And his logic at the end when he cut Rapunzel's hair made no fucking sense. I know they wanted him to make a sacrifice and all, and he obviously meant well, but he really put no thought into his plan. First off, where the Hell did he get the blade to cut her hair? Was it part of the dagger Gothel used to stab him, because if so, that's pretty gross for Rapunzel that she got her hair cut with a bloody knife covered in guts. And second, why couldn't he wait for her to heal him and then cut her hair? Because there's nothing Gothel could have done after that. She wasn't planning on killing Rapunzel or anything. Instead she probably would have sent Rapunzel and Flynn away and stopped taking care of Rapunzel. Then Rapunzel and Flynn could have left the forest and lived together or gone to the palace or something. What did Flynn think would happen to Rapunzel if he died? He cut her hair so she couldn't heal him and she could be free from Gothel, but then what did he think would happen? Where would naive Rapunzel go? I think she'd be screwed on her own without him.
This has nothing to do with Flynn's stupidity, but I just want to say- didn't he get stabbed in the gut? He conveniently took a Hell of a long time to die.
Pascal was the smartest character, which I think makes the others look pretty fucking pathetic. He communicated with Rapunzel, put Maximus in his place, and essentially killed Gothel, or at least sped her death up a bit.
So yeah... The characters seemed pretty f-ing stupid.
8. The title made no sense.
Tangled? I know she has long hair, but of course she was too perfect to get a single tangle. Did you mean metaphorically, Disney? Because that would mean the story or some aspect to it was messed up, confusing, or complicated and that doesn't make sense to the plot of the movie either. So what the Hell is that supposed to mean? Maybe it would make more sense if anything went wrong for the main characters, but of course everything worked out perfectly for them throughout the whole movie, so nothing was metaphorically "tangled."
The title for Frozen made way more sense. Hans had a frozen heart and so did Elsa in a way, the beginning starts with ice men chopping frozen ice for the ice business, three songs on the soundtrack use the word "frozen," after Elsa's powers were revealed, the kingdom was basically frozen, and at the end, Anna herself is literally frozen. And to some extent Olaf probably counts as being literally frozen too.
So yeah... The word "tangled" has absolutely nothing to do with the plot of Tangled. "Tangled" would make a better title for Frozen than it did for Tangled, even while Frozen had nothing to do with hair.
Now that I think about it, Rapunzel rolled around in her hair a few times and basically got "tangled" in it. That important part of the movie makes "Tangled" the perfect title! Now it all makes sense! (I'm being sarcastic, of course.)
9. Rapunzel's life had already begun.
She sings "when will my life begin?" but as she sang, it's shown through the various activities she does that she has plenty of things to do. She painted, did puzzles, baked, and played guitar (and of course she had to do them all perfectly). Her only ambition that she couldn't reach was seeing the lanterns up close, and her skills of painting and baking were way more important. Then after the boat scene, she claims her "new dream" is Flynn, which again is less important than her skills. But I guess she doesn't think so. Like I said, she wasn't too bright, so whatever.
I'm not saying Flynn wasn't important. I'm not being some feminist weirdo saying she doesn't need a man. Love is important. But she should have other goals in life that he should support. He shouldn't BE her dream. She obviously had tons of skills, but her only dreams were to see the lanterns and be with Flynn, two things she didn't need to do work for.
10. Rapunzel, like Flynn, is a liar with bad logic.
When she's held hostage by Gothel, while she makes the deal with Gothel to heal Flynn and then stay with Gothel forever, she says she'll never stop trying to get away from Gothel, but that everything can be the way it was before. That makes no sense. If everything was the way it was before, Rapunzel has to stay with Gothel, meaning Rapunzel can't even try to escape. She obviously didn't think her words through very well.
This isn't related to Rapunzel's bad plan, but I just want to mention it while we're talking about her being held hostage at the end. Like I said, she had an unrealistic level of hostility towards Gothel considering she thought she was her mother for 18 years. I know she got used and that would piss me off too, but neither Gothel nor Rapunzel showed any hatred or disagreements with each other until the end- just to make Gothel look like the bad person. I know Gothel had bad intentions, but like I said, I think Rapunzel should have still cared for her a tiny bit even after getting screwed over. They got along perfectly fine before Rapunzel realized that Gothel wasn't her real mom and then the two suddenly acted like they hated each other. Gothel could have possibly been acting during the first 18 years of Rapunzel's life- although probably not, but I think Rapunzel genuinely cared for Gothel until she realized Gothel lied to her. Being pissed is one thing, but not caring when Gothel died made Rapunzel look like a real bitch. I'll admit she looked slightly concerned when Gothel fell out the window and I know Flynn's life was on the line at that moment and was more important, but anyone in Rapunzel's place who actually had a good heart and/or a conscious would forever feel bad about Gothel's death. Once Rapunzel got to the palace at the end, she completely forgot all about Gothel and obviously didn't give a shit. Speaking of her going to the palace at the end, how did her parents recognize her if her only distinct trait as a baby was her beautiful golden hair? And after what Rapunzel went through, I'd think she'd be reluctant to trust people for a while, but the first thing she does is hug a couple of strangers because they claim they're her real parents. Like I said, she's not very smart.
So in conclusion, it wasn't the worst movie ever, but it wasn't great. Frozen was so much better. The animation in Tangled was great, I'll admit. The character designs were nice, the colors were vibrant, the buildings were beautiful, and they probably worked really fucking hard on Rapunzel's hair. My main complaints were they tried too hard to make Rapunzel cute and she was just annoying, the songs basically sucked, the ending was rushed, Flynn and Rapunzel had no chemistry, Gothel is always considered really horribly evil which she wasn't or not that evil (she was evil), and it was too similar to Barbie's version of Rapunzel which no one gives a shit about.
There were some things that were good, which I'll briefly mention. The plot was pretty well written. And I think it's good that Rapunzel's hair was magical, which explains why she couldn't cut it and why she got kidnapped as a baby, two things never really explained in any other Rapunzel story. I think Pascal was okay, even though Maximus was annoying as fuck. Flynn was a pretty good character, even though he got kind of sappy at the end. And the last thing I want to mention is, the healing tear thing. Everyone thinks it was cliche, but I think they forgot that in the original story of Rapunzel, the prince goes blind and Rapunzel cries into his eyes and he can see again. At least in Tangled, she had magic in her and it could be explained why it healed him.
Anyway, the movie was okay, but overhyped and I feel that Disney didn't put as much effort into it as they could have, but at the same time they seem overly proud of it. And that's kind of fucked up.
That's about all I have to say.

I know she'd been locked away all her life, but shouldn't she know what the fuck a crown is?
Even if Anna was a little naive, at least Frozen had at least one intelligent character.

A Rant
Goddamnit. I'm so pissed off. My friend Ben and I know this person, and she always gets on my nerves. He wrote a post on her. It's the same person I'm pissed at right now. She's so stupid. And she's a spoiled brat. She got everything she wanted as a kid and an adult. She goes on about her "crappy" childhood, saying it justifies her getting whatever she wants now, but it doesn't.
She acts like she's so hardworking, but she's not. All she did was marry and have kids and she thinks she deserves the same respect as someone who got a job, or someone who donates to charity, or someone who's really smart. She's not smart- she's a fucking r-tard. She went to college, but didn't bother to get a job. She got a degree, and she thinks that's enough to make her look smart. She could have gotten a job, but she just leeches off her husband and even her one of her kids. She sits around all day and pretends she's doing stuff when really all she does is sit on her ass and play video games and eat junkfood, which is why she's so fat and stupid. And she always has to get her way because she's a bully. She's never grateful and she's a hypocrite. She's condescending, rude, and a fucking douche. And as Ben mentioned in his post, she wanted to be an author but blames her kids on why she never succeeded. Now that her kids are grownup, she's going back to writing, but she hasn't gotten much further, because she's an uncreative lazy f***.
She's also nosy as Hell. She always pries into other peoples business but when she wants to keep something to herself and people pry her, she gets all defensive and bitchy about it. She's selfish and a big fat bitch. She sucks so hard and she doesn't even see it!!! Even though she always does nasty things to people and in her mind, she won the fight, it's really only proof to me that she is indeed the motherf***ing ass**** I know she is! Even if she's a rotten person and it sucks for the rest of us, it puts things in perspective and makes me glad I'm not like her. But sometimes the satisfaction of being the better person doesn't seem worth it. I'd never stoop to her level, but I wish she had a taste of her own medicine.
In conclusion, she's a bitch and a bully and she's so selfish she'll never see it. Ben said to her that she'll always think she's better than him, and she agreed. She didn't seem to get that he was saying she wasn't better than him. She's so full of herself, and like most assholes in the world, life's been good to her while Ben and I put up with so much shit. I know that sounds self-pitying, but we're trying our best and it's so tempting to just throw it all away and stop trying since no one seems to give a rat's ass.
My life is pretty good, but it's not perfect, and I've been bullied most of my life by this person (the person this post is about) but still try to look at the good things in life. She, on the other hand, is never grateful for anything, even though she gets everything she wants. She sucks so much, yet she thinks she's perfect. She's also a fat r-tard, like I said before. She's a fat asshole like Eric Cartman from South Park, only worse because she's older than me and actually has authoritah.
Okay, I'm done ranting. I'm pretty sure only a few people will be able to relate to this, but I hope if those people are reading this, they're glad to know there are other people who feel the same way as them.

Another Post on My Dislike For Lorde
I know everyone has a boner for her so I'm probably going to get a lot of hate, but she annoys the shit out of me. Like I've said, she just criticizes other pop singers and I think she's just jealous. I hate that she calls herself a "feminist" for dissing people JUST because they sing about love. Kind of how like for Disney, people call the classic princesses anti-feminist because they fell in love. They were anti-feminist because they had no goals and just cleaned and cooked and let themselves be exploited. And I don't even know if that was anti-feminist or not since the people who exploited them were ALSO women. But anyway, back on the subject.
Just because Lorde has no love songs doesn't mean she's "feminist," like she and the fucking world seems to think. Newsflash to half the world: Falling in love doesn't make you anti-feminist!!! I understand why she's against current pop music, because to be honest, some of it's pretty bad, but her music is no better. Plus, the music she's criticizing for being "anti-feminist" isn't anti-feminist. And why is she only criticizing girls for it? She's criticized Taylor Swift for being "too perfect" and setting the standards too high for girls, which isn't Taylor's fault, she criticized Selena Gomez's "Come and Get It" song for being feminist, when it wasn't. It was a love song. But I guess I should give Lorde a break since she's too ignorant to realize love doesn't equal anti-feminism. She dissed Lana Del Ray for being anti-feminist when she isn't either. Oh wait! She sings about love. That must mean she's anti-feminist! (Sarcasm intended.)
I kind of have to wonder... Has Lorde even heard of Kanye West? His lyrics are sexist as Hell. And I'm pretty sure she's heard "Blurred Lines" plenty of times as we all have (for me it was against my will). Those lyrics weren't exactly putting women in a good light.
If women are happy just cleaning and cooking, or not getting jobs, or being eye candy, isn't it okay? I want to encourage women to get jobs and not be offensively oversexualized like today's society does, but women being anti-feminist is way better than men doing it. I know that probably sounds unfair. If women can be anti-feminist, why can't men, right? It's more acceptable for women because at least you know they're happy that way. Men being anti-feminist comes off as they don't care about women's feelings or happiness, and that's probably the case. And even if you think it's equally wrong to be anti-feminist for men and women, that actually further proves why these anti-feminist male singers should be getting criticized too.
This is a little off the subject, but I just want to mention Miley Cyrus's VMA performance. I hate to defend Miley, but why is she the only one getting criticized for grinding on Robin Thicke? He was fine with it. He probably enjoyed it. If she's anti-feminist or gross for doing it, why not him? People want to call the girl anti-feminist for that, but not the guy, which ironically makes them sound sexist. Anyway, back on the subject.
Lorde is arrogant- she calls herself "Lord(e)" after all- and she's not feminist. She can call herself that- and people will mindlessly believe her and call her smart for it- but she isn't feminist. She's a loudmouthed arrogant hypocrite.
I know this post is really long and shit. I'm almost done. I just want to mention Lorde's win of the Billboard Music Awards. She got Top Rock Song. She's not rock. I already hated her way before the awards. But when I watched it and found out she was even in the rock category, it just pissed me off even more. Even if I liked her, she is NOT rock. Rock now days is so mainstream-y and pop-influenced, (which also annoys me) but even that kind of rock is more rock than Lorde. She's NOT ROCK. Whoever chose the categories was retarded. She's not rock, and neither was half the shit in the rock category. It was so insulting she WON, because she's not rock!!! I love rock music, even the mainstream pop-rock of today. I know Lorde is NOT ROCK. I know it's stupid to bitch about, and I'll admit this complaint is just a personal one. But it still pisses me off and I find it worth mentioning. The least it can do it point out the stupidity of the people who put the people in the categories at the Billboard Music Awards.
I'll say it one more fucking time. LORDE... IS... NOT... ROCK!!!!!!!!! Avril Lavigne, The Pretty Reckless, Evanescence, Bon Jovi, and Blink 182 are true rock. Not indie-pop shit like Lorde's music. (Even if I liked Lorde's music, it would still be indie-pop shit in my opinion.) I know none of these rock artists I mentioned have done anything recently, except for Avril Lavigne, but that's not a good excuse since fucking PSY was nominated at the Billboard awards and he has done shit since last year. It proves the idiots who chose the categories at the Billboard Music Awards don't know what rock music is. Maybe Imagine Dragons is indie-rock, but I'm pretty sure Passenger is not rock of any kind. I've never heard of Capital Cities. Maybe they're rock. I don't know. But I know Lorde is NOT.
In conclusion, Lorde is an obnoxious bitch who can't keep her mouth shut and who had to go ruin rock music.
-Lilly J.
P.S. I know this is mean, I admit it, but Lorde's hair looks like pubic hair and she dances badly. Also, goths are fucking weird.

Proof that Schools Today are Messed Up
What the Fuck is up with schools these days? The education system sucks balls. Students are learning useless crap. It's all just busy work. So many people made it through college, yet the majority of people in America are MORONS. Doesn't that say something?
Let's start with MY school, shall we? Just so you know I have proof that the schools are fucked up.
Yesterday, my class was taking the new SBA test. It's the new common core test that is now going to be on the computers. (Another sign the education system is fucking up. We don't need more online classes, damnit!!!!) Anyway... The teachers in the room had some technical difficulties with the computers and said we might have to all start over. (Luckily I wasn't very far yet, but some people were.) They were wrong fortunately, but they had no computer/technology skills whatsoever. Maybe it's not their job, or whatever, but they're supposed to be setting a good example for the students. And here's where it gets kind of ironic. On the wall in that very classroom, there's a list of things they want the students to become and one of the things was "Technology Literate Adults." Need I say more?
Here's the next thing about my school I wish to complain about. In the hallway, there's a poster for the fire department class and the caption says, "Rushing In While Others Running Out." It was bad grammar. Very bad grammar. I'm sure it was the students who wrote it, not the adults, although I'm not sure how much more acceptable that makes it since we're in HIGH SCHOOL. But anyway... The kids at my school aren't the brightest so I'm not surprised by the mistake really. What surprises me is that one of the adults didn't even notice it was bad grammar. Obviously an ADULT had to print out the poster. They didn't notice. Teachers walk past it every day. They don't notice. I truly think I was the first to say out loud that it was bad grammar. I said that to my teacher who did agree, but I don't think he would have noticed it otherwise. That proves how unobservant my school is.
Here's more proof the teachers aren't setting good examples. During the test yesterday, the teachers found a pack of gum on the floor. Did they ask who it belonged to? No. Did they try to return it? No. Did they take it to the school lost and found? No. Did they just leave it on a desk in case someone came back for it? NO. You know what they did? They opened the package, took a piece of gum, and chewed it. Great example, since the students themselves aren't allowed to have gum.
You've probably had enough of my rambling. Just one last thing I'd like to bitch about. During the test, I was sitting next to a friend. I was finished and they weren't. I was looking at them, and then a teacher came over and said I should move. They said they didn't think I was cheating, but I should move to another computer and pass the time since I was done. I did. Maybe they thought I'd be a distraction, but it was kind of ridiculous. I don't think it looked even remotely like I was fucking cheating. But what really pisses me off is that a few months ago, during the STAR testing, I saw two girls talking to each other during the test. They weren't trying to "cheat" but they were obviously talking out the answers with each other and I don't think they understood it was a standardized testing. No one caught them. If I had known their names I would have told on them. But I didn't. I almost see how it happened, because the SBA was in a very small room and the STAR testing was in the gym with dozens of students, but come on, teachers! You should have seen those two girls cheating. That pisses me off to no end and will probably bother me for the rest of my life.
Anyway, the school system is fucked up. Teachers set bad examples and the core curriculum is just useless busy work that will NOT help students become intelligent, will NOT prepare them for college, and will NOT help them in their fucking futures.
Thanks for listening.

ObamaCare
Yes, this post will be insulting Obama. And I know that it's obvious I'm more conservative, but just so you know, I hate Republicans and Democrats. I also don't like Obama, but it isn't because he's a Democrat. He just lied to our faces and stupid Americans voted. I didn't vote for him. Anyway... even if I had liked him or tolerated him- which I didn't, but if- I would hate him now. Recently, my family got screwed over by ObamaCare. Even if you love Obama, you can probably say that the Affordable Care Act contributed to the loss of your healthcare plan. Losing our plans is bad enough, but what makes it worse is Obama stated like thirty times that WE COULD KEEP OUR PLAN!!! I never believed him, but a lot of Americans don't look into the facts and if they just turned on TV and heard the President say, "With the Affordable Care Act, you can keep your plan. Period" then they probably thought it sounded like a great idea. Even though I personally wouldn't believe Obama, I don't blame the American people for thinking ObamaCare sounded good. Ironically, it was supposed to help Americans afford healthcare and now thousands- maybe millions- can't afford healthcare because of ObamaCare. To be honest, it's not like Obama had to glorify ObamaCare that much anyway, since he forced it through Congress and then forced it on the American people. Anyway, it pisses me off. The government is so f***ed up, and it has been for years- not just since Obama's administration, but mostly. Bush and Clinton f***ed things up too.
What I dislike the most about Obama is he f***ing lies to us. He said he would lower gas prices- but gas prices more than doubled during his administration and it's only getting worse. He said he would lower the deficit but that didn't happen. He said he would create new jobs for Americans, but he doesn't even have the power to "create new jobs" so that was an obvious lie. I guess it wasn't so obvious since so many people voted for him, but whatever. He didn't created new jobs. He said we could read the bills before they were made official which sounds great but was obviously a f***ing lie as well. And like I said, he lied about ObamaCare, and I think he knew it. For the other things, I'm not sure he purposely lied. But I think he DID lie on purpose about ObamaCare, because if it was really intended to help Americans, he wouldn't have needed to force ObamaCare on us. And like I said, even if you did or still do love Obama, he probably f***ed you with ObamaCare. A lot of people who used to believe in Obama now hate him because of ObamaCare, and I'm not making that up. It's true. Many Americans were screwed over just like me and they DID get pissed at Obama. These people included Democrats.

The Kid Is Alright, The Episode Wasn't
The Simpsons aired a new episode a few weeks ago called "The Kid is Alright." It was about Lisa befriending a Republican. I hate it for so many reasons, which is why I am writing this post. Note that this post will probably only make sense to those who have watched the episode. Anyway, here's why I hated it.
First off, they're encouraging people to dis and stop being friends with people who are of a different political party. Liberals and conservatives- mostly liberals- are already doing that, so why encourage that? Another reason is, eight year olds should NOT be deciding if they're Republicans or Democrats. When Lisa said that in the episode, it looked like they were going to actually make a good point, but of course, they had to add the joke of Isabel's father having a monopoly, just because he's a Republican. But then again, the series has always been filled with plots and jokes based on stereotypes, which really annoys me, but I guess it was no surprise.
Another thing is, Lisa's mother, Marge, said Isabel was going through a "Republican phase" or something. Parents shouldn't force their political views on their children. I know Lisa would be liberal anyway, but Marge should have said that Isabel and Lisa should be friends no matter what their views are. But no, of course she didn't. No one in the entire episode made that point. Also, in the episode, the writers showed Lisa moping about having a Republican friend, but they didn't bother to show Isabel's side. She obviously didn't like liberals, but she didn't whine about it as much as Lisa. Even though she supposedly told her parents about Lisa being liberal, the writers didn't bother showing us what she said. As far as we know, she could have been whinier than Lisa- if that's possible, or she could have said it in a non-biased unwhiny perfectly normal way. I guess we'll never know, because the writers were being biased.
Liberals definitely played the victim in the episode, which is so wrong. And if it was real life, Lisa would have won the debate. Liberals control the media and most of the minds of people in America. Even if liberals deny it, they know it's true and they love every minute of it.
Another things is, the writers were trying to make fun of the fact Isabel was Hispanic, but here's a few reasons why that was stupid. First- Lisa was so surprised when she heard Isabel had a Spanish last name. Lisa and most liberals are so stupid they think ethnic people can't be Republicans!? Also, shouldn't Lisa be able to tell someone's ethnicity without having to hear their last name? And does Isabel having a Spanish last name MEAN she's Spanish? No. The funny thing about Isabel being Spanish was that the writers were trying to make conservatives look bad with that joke, but obviously made the liberals look bad instead. They made the liberals sound racist and ignorant, plus they made the point Republicans could be ethnic. The writers attempt to make liberals look good in that part of the episode was a fail.
Another thing is, although this is off the subject a little and not as serious an issue as the other stuff I mentioned about this episode, I think it was stupid that Lisa and Isabel didn't know the other person's political views until the live debate, even though they supposedly worked on it TOGETHER beforehand. As I said before, they shouldn't stop being friends because of different views. This episode definitely encouraged intolerance, which I know wasn't the point of it. So again, the writers failed.
If Isabel and Lisa had tried to be friends anyway, but realized they disagreed way too much and argued constantly, THAT would be a good reason to call the friendship off. But that's not what happened. They backed off the SECOND they knew of the others' political views. If the Simpsons writers actually thought this episode promoted good messages, they are DEAD WRONG. They only promoted intolerance, ignorance, and judging people based on stereotypes and not knowing the person. That is so wrong.
I know you might think I'm being biased, and yes, I'll admit I'm more on the conservative side of politics, but I do think some of what liberals stand for is okay. I just think the way liberals are today is ridiculous. They control the media and are impervious to criticism because otherwise they'll call those critics "racist" or "homophobic" or something else that isn't true. They take advantage of good people with good intentions to help themselves. And most of the people in America will never see. But even though I hate the liberals of today, I really truly am not trying to be biased. I don't hate liberals just for being Democrats. I just happen to not like what they're doing. In fact, if this helps you believe I'm truly not hating against liberals, I think the liberals of today are an insult to Democrats, because I DO think Democrats used to stand for something good. They promoted tolerance of gays, blacks, ect... Liberals now days pretend to do that so they get attention and stuff. So if you're a Democrat, I am not against YOU personally, because you probably have a good heart and are trying your best. It's just the liberals in office I dislike. I also dislike really powerful liberals because power goes to their heads. And that goes for the Republicans in office too. All politicians are d***s.
So yes, I'm a conservative. But am I being biased? No. I'm trying not to be.
I do think that when liberals are powerful and have access to the media, they become somewhat of monsters. They can steers what's being viewed to take THEIR side. The writers of the Simpsons admitted to being liberal. They obviously used this episode to kiss the liberals asses. It annoyed the shit out of me. And even with politics aside, it wasn't even a funny episode on any level. There were no funny jokes, no heartfelt moments, no clever moments. It was an overall crappy episode. I'm sure the writers were just proud to get their political viewpoints out there, but they shouldn't be too proud of this episode. And please don't think I'm claiming it was a bad episode JUST because I'm a Conservative. Like I said, politics aside, it was still unfunny and poorly done. Political views and bias have NOTHING to do with my opinion on that.
Anyway, that's all. If you're a Democrat, don't be too offended. I know you probably like the liberal officials, but it's just my opinion that they're corrupt and stuff. Also, if you like Lisa, don't be offended. I don't hate her like you may think. I don't even hate that she's a liberal. I just think she was being a d*** in this particular episode. Most of the time she's fine. And if you are a liberal and you think I'm a biased right-wing conservative, I'm not. Try to understand but if you can't, your loss.
Thanks for listening to my rants and stuff.

My New Years Resolution
I know I'm a day late, but Happy New Year anyway.
My new years resolution is to do one good deed every day. To be clear, I'm not some horrible person who is trying to make up for my horribleness, and I'm also not limiting myself to only one good deed. But it's rare that people do good deeds every single day. And besides eating and sleeping and breathing, there isn't much I do every single day. It's a good challenge and hopefully I can do a lot of good deeds in 2014.
Another thing I want to do in 2014 is learn to play the guitar. It was actually my resolution last year, but I failed, so I guess I'll try again this year.
One more thing I'll attempt in 2014 is be more patient with idiots. I'm not really a bad tempered person, but I get visibly annoyed with unintelligent people, and I probably should be more patient with them. After all, they are... well, unintelligent. They probably don't understand why I'm pissed off sometimes.
I guess those are all my resolutions for now.
Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas, people! Merry Christmas to Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, atheists, Buddhists, and all other religions. I know Christmas is supposed to celebrate the Birth of Christ and all, but I don't think we should exclude other religions. Besides, I think the whole Christ meaning of Christmas has gone away, which some might see as a bad thing, but I don't. Now Christmas symbolizes the new year and family and talking to people you haven't seen in years. I also don't think looking forward to Christmas specials and presents and decorating the tree is such a bad thing, even in some really extreme Christians think so.
Anyway, Christmas is a time to be with your family and do all that fun stuff, like decorating the tree and giving presents and hanging up lights and making Christmas cookies. It's also a time to celebrate the Birth of Christ, but whether or not you're religious, we should all be allowed to celebrate Christmas. I know a lot of people are gonna disagree with me, but each to their own.
Merry Christmas.

Karma is a Bitch
Okay. If you've been reading my blog, which you probably haven't been, then you know I live with someone who smoked for 50 years. She quit a few years ago, which is wonderful, not just for her, but for the people around her who had to second hand smoke.
Anyway, today, she had to wear an oxygen tank for her breathing problems. I know this is mean, but I was honestly laughing inside a little. I mean, come on! She smoked for 50 years!!! Besides her having coughing fits every day, I think life treated her kind considering she smoked for so long, but I think now she's finally get "pay-back" for it all.
If she doesn't wear her oxygen tank before doing activities that could stress her body, she could die of a heart attack, the doctors say. Of course, I wasn't laughing because of that. Heart attacks aren't funny. But it was a little humorous to me that finally, finally her years of smoking are leading to some kind of punishment. Like I mentioned, she's been pretty healthy considering she smoked for so long, so in my opinion, she deserves this.
Yes, I sound cruel, blah, blah, blah... But I'm not trying to be mean in anyway. I just think that she is getting what's coming to her, and it's about time. This should also be a warning sign if you smoke. Maybe you'll be lucky and only have minor coughing fits, or maybe you'll have to wear an oxygen tank. Maybe it'll be worse. Maybe you'll get lung cancer, or heart problems. To all those smokers, please try to quit.
Anyway, this was probably a boring, meaningless blog post, but I just wanted people to remember that what goes around comes around. And if you've smoked for fifty some years, you're bound to have some lung problems. Again, I'm not trying to be mean, nor offend anyone. Smokers just need to be taught a lesson.

5 Things That Annoy Me
Life is wonderful. It's also a bitch. There are many great things that happen everyday, but the world is also filled with idiots and annoying s***. Here is my list of the most annoying things to me. I'll admit this is simply my opinion, but I believe it's an intelligent opinion and if you disagree with me, I'll totally respect that.
This list is in no particular order.
1. Family Guy
It's not the worst sh** on TV, but it's still annoying. It's just a personal opinion though, so don't go ape sh** on me if you're some Family Guy fanatic. There are worst shows on television today, but Family Guy just annoys the crap out of me. The drawings are crappy, the plots are poorly written, and I don't find many of the jokes very funny. The characters are annoying as Hell, but again, just my opinion, so don't get all defensive.
2. Liberals Who Use Civil Rights to Their Advantage
I don't hate all liberals, so again, don't jump on me. I don't think all Democrats are this way, but the ones in power right now ARE. They say they support blacks, and gays, and immigrants so that they'll get votes. They fool the kind-hearted, gullible people of America. What's worse is these kinds of liberals try to give conservatives a bad name, and claiming Republicans are racists. If anyone disagrees with these liberals, they call those people "racist" or "homophobic" or "right-wing." They seem the think the last one is an insult, but it should really be a compliment if THIS is how liberals are. I might be overgeneralizing, I'll admit. Not ALL liberals are this way, but many are, and those who are annoy me. In simple terms, they take advantage of people's kindness. That is wrong on so many levels.
3. Child Beauty Pageants
They're child abuse. Simple as that. If the kid enjoys it, it's not as bad, but still, it's morally wrong. Notice how all the pageant moms are fat and ugly? Ok, not all, but a lot. The mothers go bat-sh** crazy and want their girls to win so desperately, and why? Cause they were too ugly for pageants themselves, and they want their dreams to be lived through their daughters. They make their daughters feel like winning is all that matters. The words, "It doesn't matter if you win, just have fun" don't exist to these pageant moms. They exploit their ignorant young girls. And when the girls don't win, it lowers the girls' self-esteem. That's awful. And pageant moms don't give a crap, obviously. Also, notice how happy the moms are when their daughters win. They dress up in fancy clothes like their daughters' and they get tiaras and their pictures taken. They get almost as much fame and praise as the daughters, only further proving that the moms are really doing this just for themselves. They consider the win theirs, the tiaras theirs... Everything is for themselves, not their daughters. Some might say they DO care for their daughters, but that's bullshit. Don't believe me? Look up pageant moms giving their 5-9 year olds botox and your opinion might change.
4. Political Campaigns
Political Campaigns are BULLSHIT. They're right-wing and left-wing propaganda. They're biased and usually full of lies. I'm talking about those annoying commercials that try to persuade you to vote for a certain candidate, like people running for Mayor, or government jobs. These commercials don't use facts- they make up good things about the person being promoted in it, and they often times dig up dirt on their rivaling candidate, or at least they pretend they've dug up dirt on the other candidates, even if they have to lie. They're unpersuasive, annoying, biased, stupid loads of horsesh*t. The worst thing is that they probably DO persuade people to vote for certain candidates. The best thing is they only come around during elections, so you only have to put up with them for a little out of the year, unlike the other annoying sh*t I've mentioned so far, which I have to tolerate every fricking day.
5. Twilight
Twilight is the bane of my existence. It's ridiculous. It's awful on so many levels, and trying to explain my well-deserved hatred for it would take all day. It has plot holes, the characters are selfish psychopaths who make TERRIBLE TERRIBLE role models, people ACTUALLY use them as role models, the author is a selfish bitch who can't take criticism, and worst of all, it's impacted people to do horrible things, like dump their boyfriends cause they're not "Edward" or "Jacob", and kill people who don't like the books. People have admitted to being addicted to the books. Literally. I feels sorry for those people. They probably don't want to love that piece of shit. I don't feel sorry for any other Twilight fans cause they are b***rs and s***faced d-bags. Not all of them are, I guess, but most are and it's fucking ridiculous. The fact this book is popular makes my head spin. It makes no sense. It makes me sick. I hate Twilight and I think I have very very good reasons for hating it.
I'll admit if you don't nit-pick the book, the plot holes are small, the characters' bad role modeling isn't a big deal, and the author isn't THAT much of a bitch. But that's not the problem. The problem is that there ARE plot holes, that the characters ARE bad role models- which wouldn't be half as bad if people weren't actually using them as role models. That's what makes me sick- and the author IS a selfish bitch. She can't stand anyone criticizing her book, which doesn't cut it if you're making your work public to a wide variety of audiences, some of which WILL criticize your work. You HAVE to be able to deal with that in some way or another. Stephenie Meyer- the wh*** who wrote Twilight- hides from criticism which is so lame and pathetic. Yes, haters can say mean things and hurt your feelings, Stephenie Meyer, but news flash- you're not the ONLY one who has been criticized. It happens to everyone and either you let it bother you, or you don't. Suck it up, bitch. It's how life works.
I could rant forever, but I'll stop. I'll just leave you with these words... Vampires don't sparkle in the Goddamn sun, Twilight is a horrible influence, and I f**king hate the sh**ty Twilight Saga.
That's all I have to rant about for now. I dislike other things, like smokers/smoking, animal cruelty, and other stuff, but I've ranted long enough. I hope that whether or not you agreed with me, you enjoyed this and I hope this enlightens you and maybe makes you reflect on your life thus far. Or maybe you didn't get half-way through and you find this a half-assed piece of sh**. That's OK too.
-Lilly J.
This list is in no particular order.

Lorde Criticizes Fellow Pop Artists
I'm so f***ing sick of Lorde. A lot of you might not know who that is. She's a 16 year old New Zealand pop artist who recently was the first New Zealand solo artist to have a number 1 song in the U.S., and she annoys she sh** out of me. Why, you ask? Because all she's done since becoming famous is criticize acclaimed singers. She claims Lana Del Rey, Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift are bad role models. Lorde herself isn't a great role model, criticizing other people like that. She claims Selena Gomez's new song is "anti-feminist." It's not. And even if it was, these singers she's criticized aren't the only ones with anti-feminist songs, but no one else is getting bashed by Lorde. F***, Lorde's song "Royals" is very anti-feminist in MY opinion! It's also supposedly racist. Lorde is a jealous hypocritical b****. I'm not just saying that cause I disagree with her. I really truly honestly think she's jealous. She's only 16, so I'm sure a lot of what she said was out of ignorance, but the fact she's only bashing these really popular singers for being bad role models when they aren't leads me to believe Lorde is just jealous of them. I don't care if I hurt her feelings. She's probably hurt Taylor's, Selena's, and Lana's feelings. Even if she doesn't agree with them or get their music, criticizing them is rude and lame of her. I don't think any of Taylor's Selena's or Lana's songs are anti-feminist, but even if they were, what someone sings about isn't who they are in real life so saying what they sing about makes them bad role models is just f***ing stupid.
Lorde also criticized Justin Bieber I think, but I don't really care for him. Despite that, I still don't think she should criticize his music. If she criticized him for the Anne Frank incident, or him pissing in a bucket, then that would be one thing. But his music? She doesn't have to like it, but I think we're all sick of her complaining about these other singers. Also the fact that all these singers are young pop artists like her and potential competition, that also makes me believe she's jealous of them.
Lorde is almost an adult, but she still has a lot of growing up to do in my opinion.

Obama's Conference
Obama was supposed to meet with the Prime Minister of Turkey today. Even though it was at the White House, Obama was somehow late!!! 40 minutes late! Can you believe that? Again, perhaps he was avoiding talking about the IRS issue and the Benghazi issue. Who wouldn't in his shoes?
I'm not defending Obama. I'm just saying, he IS to blame for these issues. Whether or not he had knowledge of them or whatever other excuses people make, he is the President of the United States! He is responsible for these actions and he should f***ing take responsibility. Him being 40 minutes late just shows how irresponsible he is. He obviously didn't care about those who were waiting and he obviously was trying to avoid answering these questions about Benghazi and the IRS.
I don't want to get killed for saying all this, so I'm going to shut up. But one last thing I'd like to bitch about is some of the things Obama said. He did NOT apologize, I don't think, about his being 40 minutes late. And he also said he had no knowledge of the IG report until it was leaked. Maybe he didn't know, maybe he did. But that wasn't even the question being asked, and he could have given a more professional answer than "I don't know..." Like I said, he's the President, for crying out loud! THE PRESIDENT!
If you look at all his answers so far- (the conference isn't over yet) then you'll see that they don't answer any of the questions. I'd expect more than this from the man our country elected. Not that America has had good judgement in Presidents lately (Clinton, Bush, Obama), but Obama is our President and he needs to take responsibility.

Smoking
Yes, another post on Smoking...
Smoking is soooo stupid! Yes, it's people's right to smoke, but the fact they WANT to smoke in the first place is just annoying and unbelievable. I don't understand why someone would breath in smoke into their lungs. It's obvious smoking kills you sooner so why the Hell would you do it?!
I know being bitchy about it will not encourage people to quit smoking, but I'm so enraged when I see people smoke!!! Smoking is gross for the people who do it and the people around the smoker. Secondhand smoke is gross and makes me sick whenever I smell it. When I see people smoking around me, I hold my breath until I get away because I refuse to breath in that horrible s***!
Smoking causes lung disease, cancer, heart trouble. It decreases your lifespan and also makes your breath smell like s***. It makes your clothes and hair stink too, and it doesn't look cool or admirable so people shouldn't still be doing it!
Yes, it must be hard to quit, but you should at least try!!!! Everyone claims they try, but many people don't try! It pisses the **** out of me!!!!
So people out there, please please please try to quit, for your own good and for those around you whom you love whom suffer second-hand smoke. People who don't try to quit will just die of lung disease with no one to blame but themselves.
I wish smoking wasn't allowed in public places. I mean, some parking lots don't allow smoking, but I've been in some that DO let people smoke, and it annoys the s*** out of me! I'm glad people aren't allowed to smoke in stores, but outside of stores is almost as bad. All smoking is bad and I f***ing hate it!!!!
I think smoking should be illegal. People would still do it, but in secret which means it wouldn't affect other people. Smoking should at least be banned in public, because that's when it not only affects you and your loved ones, but complete strangers.
I know everyone who smokes isn't bad, but honestly, everyone I know who smokes has some weird problems (mentally), so I don't know what that says for other smokers. One person I know who smokes gets grouchy and irritable when they can't smoke. They also can't hold a job which has nothing to do with smoking itself, but it does make smokers look bad. Another person who smokes whom I know has been on drugs!!!! Again, that's not related to smoking, but shows how bad people who smoke can get in their other problems. All the people I know who DON'T smoke are responsible, kind, and can hold jobs. So doesn't that prove that only idiots really smoke and the smart competent people in life don't? Sorry if you're a smoker. I'm not calling you stupid, but I just want you to know that everyone I know who has smoked or does smoke has problems and that they aren't good examples to people who smoke.
Again, my bitching won't stop anyone from smoking. Go ahead, smokers. Dig your own grave. End your pathetic lives sooner by breathing in poisonous smoke so eventually, you can get coughing fits and cancer and then regret it. Or you could quit while it's not too late for you and not have to feel sorry for yourselves later in life when you're on your deathbeds.
I'm not trying to attack any smokers personally. Smokers just in general piss me off, so don't feel offended if you smoke. I don't mean all smokers are idiots. But I do know that all smokers are ruining their Goddamn lives and they should all try to quit for themselves if not anyone else.

SpongeBob and the 7 Deadly Sins
A friend of mine recently told me that he read that SpongeBob- yes, that seemingly innocent children's show- is actually not so innocent, and that in fact, it was confirmed from the creators themselves that the characters are based on the 7 deadly sins. That's just so wrong, and I'm not sure I totally believe it yet.
Mr. Krabs is greed, Plankton is envy probably, Squidward is anger, Patrick is sloth, Gary is gluttony, Sandy is pride, and that leaves SpongeBob with lust which makes absolutely no sense at all!!
I still like SpongeBob, but I definitely think differently of it now. It's kind of creepy. I thought they just made up characters, but to think that the innocent and likable characters on the show are supposed to represent the 7 deadly sins, it just makes my head spin. Again, I don't totally believe it.
I am NOT calling the creators liars, but I think it's more likely they just realized that their characters could represent the 7 deadly sins and decided to say that's what they represented.
I don't think the creators were trying to glorify the sins as it might seem. I think it was just inspiration to create the characters at first, but that's still kind of creepy to me. The sins themselves are creepy and to think a playful and harmless show like SpongeBob based its characters off the sins is just really really creepy to me! Especially because it's a kids' show.
I hope this has been an interesting fact to you people. Also, to support my credibility, the DVD of the first season says that SpongeBob was based on the 7 deadly sins, so this has been confirmed and is NOT a rumor.

Justin Bieber is a Jerk
Sorry. Till now I've always tried NOT to personally attack or offend a celebrity or group, but Justin Bieber has just gone too far in his blunders to not mention what a jerk he is.
I used to think he was nice, even if his music didn't appeal to me. I still think he must have some talent, although he probably uses Auto-Tune. He IS a performer and he's probably what people are looking for, which is why he's successful. He's probably a very nice person, but he's been having a lot of problems recently. I also think his fans are annoying, but that's not his fault, nor is it on the subject. They're just obnoxious, obsessive people who get jealous of anyone he dates, and they're ass****s, but anyway...
Justin Bieber needs to get his s*** together. After he broke up with Selena Gomez, he's done multiple other screw-ups in public. Like when he was hours late for a concert in London. A lot of those people got angry and are no longer fans, which I'm glad of.
Sure every celebrity gets caught doing something stupid, but Justin Bieber's biggest f*** up happened quite recently. He went to Amsterdam and decided to visit the Anne Frank House. Anne Frank was one of the most famous victims of the Holocaust.
Now, it was very nice of Justin to visit the Anne Frank House. He toured the museum and probably learned a lot about what truly happened during the Holocaust. But what he wrote in the guest book was so disrespectful and selfish. He wrote, according to the museum: "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber."
Someone claimed his did it because he found out she liked pop culture during her time, but that doesn't mean she'd have liked HIS music. He's such a self-centered, ignorant douche.
Some of his most dedicated fans are probably stupid enough to defend him. They probably make excuses, like, "it's not that big of a deal." Sure, all he did was just write a self-promoting comment in the guest book, but it's more than that. Anne Frank was a victim of the Holocaust for crying out loud. What he wrote was disrespectful, selfish, and just plain stupid.
Maybe he did it without thinking. Maybe he now realizes how bad it sounds. Maybe he wishes he hadn't, but he should have thought about it before writing it down. He probably didn't mean it in a bad way, but it was still disrespectful. That's why I think Justin Bieber's a jerk.
I don't see how even his adoring fans can defend him now.

Another Post on Smoking
Yes, you people must be tired of hearing me complain about smoking. But it is an issue that is often overlooked. It's dangerous to the smoker and to those around the smoker. Some people don't understand just how dangerous it is, but it is VERY DANGEROUS.
Evidently, giving statistics didn't stop anyone from smoking, so maybe a story of personal experience will.
I live with someone who smoked for 40 years!!! They now suffer every day from coughing fits. They get winded just from climbing up a small hill, or walking across a parking lot. They are a real person. I know this will eventually happen to all smokers. This person also got diagnosed recently with COPD.
It is a known fact that smoking destroys the lungs. It's filthy and disgusting and a horrible habit. I do not blame people for not being able to quit. It must be hard. But I can't believe so many got started on it in the first place. I will never smoke. Never.
In the 70's and stuff, maybe it's what people did. They did it to fit in or get rid of their troubles. But all it did was ruin their lungs and the lungs of those who had no choice but to second-hand smoke. Smokers are ignorant and inconsiderate in the way that they smoke near others, especially non-smokers and children.
My point is, it was supposedly "okay" to do back then, but nowdays, so many people like me preach about the known harms of smoking, yet people still do it. Back in the old days, people did it to fit in or be normal. It wasn't looked down upon then. But in these times, smoking is looked down upon. So how the Hell do so many people still do it? The older people I see who do it may just be left over from the time periods where smoking was acceptable, but the young people of our generation- even children in some cases- get started on smoking and I will never understand that.
Smokers know smoking it bad for them and others. Yes it's addictive, but if people tried, they could quit.
Every time I see someone smoke, it pisses me off. It literally makes me so f***ing angry!!!! I'm not kidding. Smokers are selfish, stupid for starting it, and inconsiderate to those around them who are forced to breath in that horrible smoke. It destroys the lungs and heart which leads to diseases and eventually death.
Although to many, smoking is not a big issue, it truly is a big issue. Sure it's not the worst cause of death, and it is non-violent, but every puff of that cigarette is taking a bet on your own life. Maybe one cigarette won't cause cancer or disease, but it's one step closer to the one that will. You might be smoking as you read this, and the puff of smoke you're smoking right now could be the one that gives you a disease or cancer, and that can and most likely WILL result in death.
And like I said, I knew someone who smoked. They quit and I'm very proud. They have horrible lung problems and admit they wish they had stopped sooner. It's regret they feel. You smokers don't want to have to feel that regret, do you? Then quit smoking!!!!
That person smoked in front of me as a kid, and now I get sick on the smell of cigarette smoke. I'm not kidding. Smoking is dangerous for the smoker and the non-smokers around the smoker.
To those who are trying, good for you and keep going. You CAN quit! To those who aren't trying, please do. Do it for yourself and for the ones around you. It's a very small favor to ask, but a successful result would be astronomical.

Why I Hate Twilight
Here are some reasons I hate the Twilight Saga. But first I want to say, I understand if some people like it, but I just don't agree with them. I respect their opinion, and I hope you respect mine. I'm pretty sure you won't, but whatever.
Anyway, in no particular order, here are my reasons:
The movie had cheesy effects. I didn't like the actors either, but that's not really the main problem.
Bella Swan was a whiny, ungrateful, S&M, brainless, anti-feminist bitch. Sorry to all her stupid fans, but she's a terrible main character for any book. And what's worse is people are actually using her as a role model. She was incompetent and only waited to be saved by her abusive, vampire boyfriend and her loyal best friend whom she dissed and snubbed. She was ungrateful and pathetic.
Bella's name means "beautiful swan." Well, she was described as "plain" and "clumsy." That name makes perfect sense, doesn't it? (Sarcasm intended.)
Edward was abusive and only liked Bella because he thought she smelled good. He locked her in his Goddamn house and broke up with her. Then she went catatonic even though she hardly knew him. Then he wanted to commit suicide. They got back together and had a frickin' vampire-human-retard-baby. Yes, Stephenie Meyer! That's true love! (Again, sarcasm intended.)
Stephenie Meyer is selfish and ignorant. She doesn't appreciate her fans and made them pay for autographs. J.K. Rowling started her own charity organization. Stephenie has not donated any of her money from her books to any charity. Stephenie has no idea was true love is. She even claimed she'd leave her husband if Edward came to her house. How horrid to say!
Because of this book, every fan dreams of their "Edward." Well, they should stop dreaming, because 1) Edward is a Goddamn character and will never come. Get over it. And 2) He is NOT the perfect husband. He was described as handsome, but that was only in Bella's point of view. That was also the only reason she liked him. Other than that, he had no admirable traits. If the fangirls out there actually thought about it, would she want a sparkly, bloodsucking monster to kidnap her, lock her in his house, abuse her mentally and physically, and then impregnate her with a baby that would kill her during birth? Well, because of the immense stupidity of Twilighters, the answer would be yes, but an intelligent person would answer NO!
There are many plot-holes in Twilight. Too many to name. I'm not being lazy here; there truly are way too many to name! First of all, vampires were stated to not be able to have babies. Well, then how the Hell did Bella get impregnated? Did the author have any f***ing clue what she was doing when she wrote Twilight?! I don't think she did.
The fans of Twilight are morons. Sure, maybe there are some normal people who like Twilight. I just meant generally, from what I've seen, those who like Twilight have no other occupations, dreams, goals, or self-respect. They waste their fricking lives on this Twilight crap. They decorate their entire rooms- maybe houses- with posters and crap. Well, when they finally get the brains to stop obsessing over Twilight, they'll have to take all that crap down. That'll be a bitch.
The Twilighters are willing to wait in line for the movie DAYS before its playing. What retards. Sorry, but why would you wait DAYS. That doesn't make you a die-hard fan. That makes you a time-wasting moron.
Maybe the actors are nice, but because of that movie, I will probably dislike them. Yes, that's my fault. But I can't help it. Luckily, I wasn't a fan of any of the actors before they were in Twilight. The idiot fans of the Twilight series obsess over these actors, stalking them and assaulting them JUST because they were in this stupid movie! That is ridiculous.
There are mostly two groups of Twilight die-hards. First group: Obnoxious, typical middle school girls who are probably nice, but are too ignorant to see how poorly written the books are and don't notice all the technical and plot mistakes. They are pathetic, girly, obnoxious, brainless, and obsessive, but will most likely get over it. They only like Bella because she's a girl and is played by Kristen Stewart, who is pretty. If they really thought, they'd realize Bella is unlikable, but they don't think. They just know that the book is a love story about a supposedly (but far from) perfect girl and a supposedly (but far from) perfect boy who fall in love. These people are annoying and stupid, but they haven't completely wasted their time yet and they are harmless. Well, actually, some might have wasted their time buying posters and memorabilia, but that's not harmful, just stupid.
Now, the second group is much worse. There are people who are not only so ignorant that they think the story has a well-thought out plot and enjoyable characters, but they will kill- LITERALLY KILL- anybody who hates the Twilight series. You probably don't believe me, but it's true. Look it up.
These kind of people are harmful.
How can such a crappy book be so influential? Even with all the idiots in the world, I thought we were better than that. Again, this is my opinion, although because of the abusive, screwed up characters and holes in the plot, as well as the selfishness and ignorance of the author and fans of the book, I don't believe ANYONE should like Twilight. To think people OBSESS over it, and waste their time watching the movies over and over, buying posters, and killing people who disagree, it makes me wonder what this world has come to.
If obsessing over this shit makes you happy, then go ahead and do it. Everyone should be happy. That doesn't puzzle me, that people do what makes them happy. But what DOES puzzle me is why anyone would obsess over a stupid book like Twilight.
I know some Twilighter is probably seething in rage at their computer as they read this, ready to say something dumb like, "OMG, Twilight is the best book ever! if u don't think so, ur an idiot!" or worse, "I'm going to find that Lilly J. bitch and KILL HER!!!" Well, screw you. This is my opinion and if you can't take it, then all that's going to do is make me think you're an ass****.
Again, I respect everyone's personal opinion, even if ignorant, brainless Twilighters can't respect mine. Some of you smart-asses might be smugly asking me why I said you're wasting your time by buying posters and watching movies of something you like if I'm wasting my time complaining about it on the Internet. Well, here's my answer. I will not regret this later like the Twilighters will regret their brainless obsessions. I mean everything I wrote. I truly think Twilight is a bad influence with no plot, crappy horrible characters who should never be role models, and it's a disgrace to all authors, vampires, literature, and people like me who are expected to read and appreciate that crap. I will not regret saying so, but you fans of Twilight WILL regret how you foolishly wasted every minute of your youth obsessing over a poorly written teen novel about vampires. Maybe you enjoyed it at the time, so it wasn't a waste, but you could have spent those years doing productive things.
Before I leave you angry Twilighters to your wasted, obsessed lives, I want to say that I find many people who can write well-written, thorough paragraphs with good grammar about their hate for Twilight. They are all generally polite and respectful of others opinions and are only trying to voice their own. They have good points, often backed up with facts. Those who like Twilight, however, never write about why they like Twilight. We can find millions of reasons of why we dislike it, but the Twilighters can only say crap like, "OMG! i <3 Twilight! i wonder when my Edward will come!" and stupid things like that. They obsess over something that they can't even write a paragraph on why they like it. They don't use good grammar or punctuation, they don't use facts, and they don't have good points.
Again, sorry if I offended anyone. My hatred for Twilight is very strong. If I hurt anyone's feelings, I'm truly sorry. But you really need to open your eyes. If you admit it's dumb but you can't help liking it, then I'll know you aren't completely stupid like most of the Twilighters.
